Important Update on Our Shipping Policy [October 2024]

Since I founded Chimney Fire Coffee in 2017, we’ve been proud to offer free delivery on all orders.

However, from November 4th, we’ll be introducing a small delivery fee for orders under £25. While recent news about inflation is encouraging, our shipping costs continue to rise, making it challenging to absorb courier fees without adjustments.

Here are our updated shipping rates:

• 48-Hour Tracked Delivery (RM48): £2.95, with free delivery on orders over £25.
• Next Working Day Delivery (FedEx): £5.95, with free delivery on orders over £50.
• Delivery will remain free for all of our coffee subscriptions.

These new rates will take effect from Monday, November 4th. 

At Chimney Fire Coffee, we’re committed to providing you with high quality coffee from our amazing partner producers each year. This change will help us cover rising costs. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
