We think all our coffees taste great, no matter how you brew them! As a guide, our blue label coffees taste best for espresso machines, and pale pink label coffees are better for filter/cafetiere brews.

Our green labelled Discovery Coffee varies each month, but we ensure most are considered to be omni roasted.

We offer both whole beans and ground coffee. We suggest the following grinds for the brewing methods:

- Espresso - fine
- Stovetop - fine
- Aeropress - medium*
- Filter - medium
- Cafetiere - coarse**
- Cold Brew - coarse

*Choose a fine grind for a shorter aeropress brew time.

**Choose a medium grind if you like a drop of milk with your cafetiere.

We offer introductory taster packs to help you decide on your coffee preference, and we also host coffee experiences at our roastery for individuals, groups, offices, or wholesale partners.

Coffee should be stored in a cool, dry place. It doesn't need to go in the fridge or freezer - in fact, this could be counter-productive. Keep the oxygen out using our releasable bags, or a vacuum container such as a CoffeeVac.

All our packaging is fully compostable, so you'll just need to remove the recyclable card insert and pop it in your food bin! Further information about our Recycle, Reuse, Reward scheme is available on our blog.

Orders are dispatched daily, and we offer two delivery options using Royal Mail and APC. We ship within the UK including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight.
