Shipping & Delivery

UK DELIVERY

We offer four UK delivery options (excluding Northern Ireland):

• Subscriptions: Free delivery
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.95 (free over £25). Estimated 2–5 working days with full tracking
• Next Working Day: £5.95 (free over £50). Orders placed before midday are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
  Please note this is a priority service but not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur once parcels are with the courier.
• Collection: Free. Collect from the roastery once you’ve received your ready notification (usually within 24 working hours)

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by our courier partners and may occasionally fall outside the estimated window.

If you have any concerns about your delivery, please email hello@chimneyfirecoffee.com and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, we’ll send a replacement via next working day delivery.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to put things right.
