Legend has it that restaurateur and Tiki culture enthusiast Donn Beach concocted this very punchy drink to help a hungover customer make it through a long morning business meeting. He would limit patrons of his bars to two zombies each, as they could turn a person into the walking dead!

Coffee Zombie Ingredients

• Rums* (one shot of each)
• Coffee liqueur (one shot)
• Pineapple juice and/or orange juice (one shot)
• Squeeze of lime
• Freshly brewed espresso (one shot) - something with low acidity, like our Revival Espresso Blend
• Sugar syrup to taste

Jamie says there’s nothing complicated about making this one - simply combine all the ingredients, either shake or pour over ice, and enjoy 🎃

*Whatever rum you have lying around - the darker the better, or if you have two then use both. Donn Beach's original recipe contained three different types - Jamaican dark rum, Puerto Rican gold rum, and Demerara rum!
