We've taken this coffee typically known for its fruity sweetness that shines when making it as a V60 or in the Aeropress, and we've roasted it like an espresso coffee...
A few people have said to us that it makes an amazing espresso as it was as a light roast! So we thought we'd give it a go in a more traditional way, and it certainly hasn't disappointed!

Brew Method: Espresso Machine
Grind Size: Fine
Coffee: 19g
Extraction Time: 30 seconds
Output Weight: 40ml espresso
Best served with 6oz of velvet silky milk to bring out that strawberry milkshake taste!

ABOUT FINCA EL CIPRES
The El Cipres farm is located on the slopes of the Santa Ana Volcano, at a height of 1,600 to 1,700 meters above sea level. Producer Don Tomas first planted the bourbon variety 10 years ago and has ensured an increase in quality year on year thanks to careful farm management and good agricultural practices.
