This month’s Discovery is for those who like their coffee with presence. Sourced from the Carmo De Minas region of Brazil, this regional selection has been taken darker than our usual roast style - delivering full-bodied intensity and classic dark chocolate notes, with a hint of roasted nuts and a low acidity that makes it endlessly drinkable.

Extraction Time: 30 seconds
Output Weight: 40ml espresso

ABOUT CARMO DE MINAS
The profile is a Blend of Natural Process made out of multiple varieties of coees grown within 1000-1300 masl of altitude. Produced by selected coffee growers, farm-level traceability from Carmo de Minas region which is located in the South of Minas Gerais in the Mantiqueira mountains known for its unique conditions of specialty coffee production, with rainfall average ranging 1.100-1.600 mm.
The picking season starts in May and will go until August in the dry and ideal season for fruit ripening.
