An Easter Coffee Recipe For Your Espresso Machine or Stovetop
We teamed up with the Clever Bean Chocolate team in Surrey to create a Peruvian Easter treat. This is well worth a try if you like a mocha or salted caramel - add milk for extra sweetness!
Ingredients:
- Peru Classic Espresso from Chimney Fire
- Peru 55% Chocolate from Clever Bean
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Optional: Frothed Milk
Method:
- Put 1 square of chocolate into espresso cup
- Sprinkle over a pinch of salt
- Pop cup under espresso machine or within distance of your stovetop
- Brew using your usual coffee recipe
- Stir after extraction, add milk to taste and enjoy!
