An Easter Coffee Recipe For Your Espresso Machine or Stovetop

We teamed up with the Clever Bean Chocolate team in Surrey to create a Peruvian Easter treat. This is well worth a try if you like a mocha or salted caramel - add milk for extra sweetness!

Ingredients:

  • Peru Classic Espresso from Chimney Fire
  • Peru 55% Chocolate from Clever Bean
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Optional: Frothed Milk


Method:

  1. Put 1 square of chocolate into espresso cup
  2. Sprinkle over a pinch of salt
  3. Pop cup under espresso machine or within distance of your stovetop
  4. Brew using your usual coffee recipe
  5. Stir after extraction, add milk to taste and enjoy!
