How to Use Our Online Subscription Platform
At Chimney Fire Coffee, we always offer free UK mainland delivery, with an option for letterbox-friendly packaging. By subscribing with us, you can get hassle-free deliveries every week, fortnight, or month, so you'll never find yourself caught beanless again!
Our subscription platform allows you to be totally flexible with your subscription deliveries. You can change the date of your next order, change the amount and type of coffee you receive, skip orders, and more.

To access your account, click the little person icon in the top right of your screen and enter your account details. You may need to enter a security code or pass a ReCAPTCHA test at this point if you've not logged in for a while.
If your email address isn't recognised, get in touch with us on hello@chimneyfirecoffee.com and we'll be able to help.
To view your active subscriptions, click the VIEW MY SUBSCRIPTIONS button and this will show you all about your active subscriptions. At the bottom of the page there is also an option to view inactive subscriptions, if you want to restart something you've paused or cancelled in the past.
If you would like to change the date of your next order, click the EDIT FUTURE ORDER button and select the new date on which you would like your order to be processed. You also have the option here to update all future orders based on this date by selecting this option. Now click SAVE CHANGES to confirm.
You can also change how frequently your coffee will be sent by clicking CHANGE FREQUENCY and selecting weekly, fortnightly, or monthly from the drop down menu. Click SAVE to confirm.
Now we'll go through some of the other options on our subscription platform.
To change your payment card, select PAYMENT INFORMATION then click the CHANGE PAYMENT INFORMATION button. Please note, for security reasons, this will send an automated message to the email address your account is registered with. From here you will be able to enter your new card details, rather than filling them in on this account page.
To change your postal address, click EDIT next to ADDRESS AND SHIPPING INFORMATION and enter your new details or select an existing address. Click SAVE CHANGES to confirm.
To edit the products in your subscription, click PRODUCTS IN MY SUBSCRIPTION and then SWAP PRODUCT. From here, you will be able to choose all the options within your subscription group - that is Discovery Coffee, Espresso, Single Origin, or Decaf.
Simply choose the option you'd like from the list, and press SELECT PRODUCT to confirm.
If you would like to swap between subscription groups (for example from Discovery Coffee to our Revival Espresso Blend), then get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
To skip an order or pause orders indefinitely, click MANAGE UPCOMING ORDERS and then SKIP SHIPMENT.
Finally, if you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so under CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
