Expect a juicy, fruit-forward cup with a lively acidity and a clean, tea-like finish. Brew it as pour-over or AeroPress to highlight its delicate sweetness; try it as espresso for a bright, refreshing shot.

By easing off the roast development, we’ve allowed the coffee’s natural berry sweetness, floral aromatics, and crisp citrus to push forward for a more expressive, modern profile.

Brewing Recommendation
Start with a 1:16 brew ratio and a slightly cooler water temperature (92–94°C) to let the citrus and berry notes shine without overwhelming acidity.
