Additional information:

This is the second year we’ve sourced from Fazenda Mio, working directly with family member Ana who currently resides in London. This lot is called 1975, as it was one of the worst frosts in Brazil’s history - Mio was severely affected, forcing the farm to stop producing for a while.

How is this different from other coffees? Firstly, it is a microlot coffee meaning it is grown in limited quantities and picked and is processed separately to the rest of the farm's lots. It’s also a red honey processed coffee meaning most of the mucilage is left on the bean, giving the coffee a little added sweetness.
