Shipping & Delivery

UK DELIVERY

We offer four UK delivery (excluding Northern Ireland) options:

  • Delivery is free for all subscriptions (UK only). 
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.95, with free delivery on orders over £25. 2-5 working days with full tracking.
  • Next Working Day (FedEx): £5.95, with free delivery on orders over £50.
  • Pick up: Free. If you’d like to collect your coffee direct from the roastery, please place your order online first and select the collection option so we can have it ready for you. You'll receive a notification when the coffee is ready to collect, usually within 24 working hours of ordering. 

Please email hello@chimneyfirecoffee.com if you’re concerned about your coffee delivery, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (our office is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). It is highly unlikely, but if your order has not reached you within 14 days of your shipping notification, please let us know and we’ll send out a replacement on our next working day delivery service.

ORDER INFORMATION

  • Orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday. FedEx Next Working Day orders received before midday will be dispatched the same day, otherwise they will roll over to the following day.
  • Single bag orders will be shipped in letter-box friendly packaging. All other orders will be shipped in appropriate sized boxes.
  • We are paper-free, so we don't include dispatch notes with our online shipments.
  • Enter your personal note or gift message at checkout and we’ll include a hand written message with delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

NORTHERN IRELAND

  • APC overnight couriers: £19.95
  • Delivery in 1-3 working days** 

EUROPE

  • Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £29.95.
  • 3 - 17 business days with full tracking.

Please note: additional taxes, duties or customs fees may be required for purchases from the EU. This varies country by country - see further guidance from the European Commission.

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Fedex International Priority* - £49.95.
  • 3 - 17 business days with full tracking.
