COFFEE BREWING WORKSHOP
Book or gift a ticket to our Coffee Brewing Workshop - an interactive experience where you’ll learn and practice simple steps to perfect your morning brew. Set in the heart of the Surrey Hills at Denbies Wine Estate, we’re just under an hour from central London.

Coffee Brewing Workshop
We’ll guide you step by step as you brew and taste three V60 coffees — hands-on. You’ll learn what makes a great pour-over, from bloom to brew time, and get to explore how origin, altitude, processing and varietal shape flavour. Along the way, we’ll share our top tips — from how to clean between brews, to using your senses with a tasting wheel to identify notes like florals, berries, or winey acidity. This is a sensory session with plenty of time for questions, conversation, and discovering what makes each cup unique.
At the end of the session, there will be plenty of time for any questions you may have about our coffee and how to make it taste great at home. All participants will receive a 15% discount on bags of coffee from our roastery shop to take home and enjoy!
What we'll provide
The session will take place in our characterful coffee roastery at Denbies Wine Estate, one of the best-known vineyards in the UK.
Our roastery is step-free, fully wheelchair accessible, and can be reached either by public transport (Dorking station is a 15 minutes walk from us, and takes under an hour from central London) or by bicycle/vehicle with plenty of free parking. Our coffee brewing workshops are typically held on Sundays and are usually scheduled up to 3 months in advance. Advanced bookings for this tour are recommended but not required - please get in touch if you have any questions and we'll be happy to help.
