CHRISTMAS 2022 LAST ORDERS, FREE DELIVERY UPGRADES AND ROASTERY SHOP OPENING TIMES
UPDATED 20/12/2022 16:00 - We have just been informed our final collection will now be on Wednesday 21st December, so our final deadline for dispatch before Christmas will be midday 21/12/2022.
We appreciate postal deliveries are currently experiencing disruption and are all looking forward to a little break over the Christmas period, so see below for information about free delivery upgrades, Christmas last order dates, and roastery shop opening times.
FREE ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY UPGRADE
From Friday 9th December to Thursday 22nd December, we will be upgrading all free deliveries to the Royal Mail 24 hour service. Thank you for bearing with us during the latest round of Royal Mail strikes - our team is doing everything they can to get the coffee to you as quickly as possible.
We advise selecting the APC Overnight [Next Working Day] delivery option at checkout if your order is urgent.
LAST ORDERS & CHRISTMAS CLOSURES
[DEADLINE NOW PASSED] The last recommended order date for Royal Mail orders to arrive before Christmas is midday on Friday 16th December. The last recommended day for APC orders to arrive before Christmas is by midday on Wednesday 21st December. However, we highly recommend you place your last orders before Christmas as early as possible as delays are anticipated.
This year the roastery and office will be closed from Saturday 24th December to Monday 2nd January. All orders received over this period will be dispatched the week commencing 3rd January.
ROASTERY OPENING TIMES
If you don't want to wait for the postie, you can come and collect coffee direct from the roastery right up until Friday 23rd December at 13:00.
Our new home at Denbies Wine Estate will be stacked high with Christmas gifts, equipment, merch, and of course bags of coffee - all available to purchase on site. So whether you are coming for a frosty winter walk, experiencing some calm among the vines, or just fancy stopping by, why not pop in and beat the postal delivery blues.
When we reopen on January 3rd, our roastery shop will also be open on Saturdays! Find us on the left hand side of the main vineyard building Mon-Sat 9am-5pm.
COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS
All subscription orders received from the 23rd December until the 2nd January will be dispatched week commencing 3rd January. Please get in touch with us if you would like to move your subscription date or are concerned about running out of coffee over the Christmas period. If you have a coffee subscription with us please keep an eye out for an email with further information.
